Our  LEAD times vary depending on the product and are generally between four and six weeks for collection models. IN-STOCK ITEMS WILL SHIP in about 5/10 BUSINESS DAYS. Lead times for customized orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. LEAD  times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details.

We offer customization FOR most of our products, so please don't hesitate to discuss the project WITH US.

OUR  LAMPS  ARE "UNIVERSAL VOLTAGE", AND INCLUDE INTEGRATED LED LAMPING, WHICH IS INHERENTLY SAFE. TRADITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE DUE TO THE LOW VOLTAGE OF THESE LAMPS; HOWEVER, THE POWER SUPPLY PROVIDED WITH OUR LAMPS IS UL/CUL, CE, GS, RCM, CCC, AND PSE CERTIFIED, AND INTERCHANGEABLE FOR USE IN NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, AND CHINA.

All damage claims must be made in writing to studio@silviomondino.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damage claims must include photographs along with a written description of the damage. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver; failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
